Vinarija Kopjar, zajedno sa svojim vinogradima, podrumom i vinarijom, smještena je na granici Varaždinske i Krapinsko-zagorske županije, u blizini Novog Marofa. Na 4,5 hektara ekološki uzgajanih vinograda njeguju se bijele sorte sauvignon, rajnski rizling, graševina, žuti muškat, chardonnay i manzoni, kao i crne sorte cabernet sauvignon i crni pinot. Zahvaljujući optimalnom tlu, povoljnoj klimi i predanom radu vinogradara, svaka sorta razvija svoj puni potencijal. Od tako uzgojenog grožđa nastaje linija vrhunskih ekoloških vina Kopjar.

Kopjar Winery, together with its vineyards, cellar, and production facilities, is located on the border of Varaždin and Krapina-Zagorje County, near the town of Novi Marof. Across 4.5 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards, the winery grows white grape varieties including Sauvignon, Rhine Riesling, Graševina, Yellow Muscat, Chardonnay, and Manzoni, as well as the red varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Thanks to optimal soil, a favourable climate, and the dedicated care of skilled winegrowers, each variety reaches its full potential.
